Refund policy

Returns Process

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below you'll find all the information you need for returning your item, whether it's due to a change of mind or a fault under warranty.


Change of Mind Returns

If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, you can return your item within 21 days for a full refund.

Please note:

  • We do not offer exchanges.

  • Personalised products are excluded from our refund policy.

How to Return Your Order:

Step 1: Start your return by completing the Online Returns Form 1. (https://forms.gle/T3CyeRjoy1sY5n7X6_)

Step 2: Download and print Returns Form 2 . Complete this form and include it in your return package.
Note: Returns will not be accepted without this form. 

Step 3: Securely package your item with the completed Returns Form 2 and send it to:

  • We strongly recommend using a registered/tracked postal service.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we aim to process your refund within 14 working days.



Faulty Returns (Under Warranty)

All our units are manufactured in Italy to the highest standards and undergo a strict quality check before shipping. However, if your unit develops a fault within 12 months of purchase, you may be eligible for a warranty return.

Please Note:

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

  • Wear and tear or accidental damage is not covered.

  • If your product is outside of warranty, we offer a paid repair service.

How to Report a Faulty Item:

Step 1: Fill in our Faulty Product Query Form ((https://forms.gle/T3CyeRjoy1sY5n7X6_)

Step 2: Email repairs@lanaicreative.com with the following:

  • Images of the unit:

    • Right side

    • Left side

    • Back with filter on

    • Back with filter off

    • Front view

  • video if the unit is making unusual noise

  • Date of purchase

  • Original order number (if purchased on LanaiBLO.com or Lanaiprofessional.com)
    If purchased from a salon or retail store, include the store name.
